  Order it through phone and told us to pick it up after 20 mins, got there 30 mins after the pizza wasn't even started. Will not be going back again.

  Same cost as a chain restaurant pizza but for twice as much pizza. A large pizza can feed a family of 4. High quality ingredients great crust. It is a treat every time.

  We have been ordering from Robert st since we moved into the area 6 years ago. For the first 4-5 years I loved their Pizza and the delivery time was decent (usually 45 min). Those days are gone. The last 3 times I gave them another chance and the pizza took over one hour to arrive and was cold 2 of the 3 times. Tonight after waiting one hour and fifteen minutes I called and told them to keep it.

  INCREASED BUSINESS DEMANDS INCREASED SERVICE AND PRODUCTION. If the owners don't like it they should sell the business to someone interested in servicing the community properly. Saying "I'm sorry we're busy" is about the lamest excuse you can give. Especially when I hear it every time I call. Also the "if you don't like it order from somewhere else" attitude is inexcusable.
  
  My neighbour across the street has had these same issues with Robert St.
  
  Now I'm off to write an awesome review for a local restaurant that served us delicious food in a reasonable amount of time.
